A research-based model developed by the School Improvement Network, Equity 360 ties together four critical components for overall school improvement: leadership, school culture, teaching, and learning. Equity 360 is based upon the common practices of schools that have completely closed or are rapidly closing their achievement gaps using differentiated instruction, and is designed to help every student reach a common standard of excellence, regardless of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or language background. Equity 360 typically includes 3 days of onsite training, plus 2 days of follow-up and observation.
