School Improvement Network creates online training that makes good teachers great, and helps change students' lives for the better.
This is why the work we do is much more than just business to us—it's something we're passionate about. From Hawaii to New Jersey, from Atlanta to Alaska, we're on a mission to improve schools so every student can go on to college, have a fulfilling career, and lead a productive, happy life.
And it works! Schools who use our products see dropout rates go down by as much as 20%, while student test scores skyrocket, sometimes doubling in a year.
We're just getting started. There are still schools to improve and students to help. And we're always looking for new team members to join our cause. If this is something you can get passionate about, we'd love to hear from you. Help us make a difference!
At School Improvement Network, we believe in those who see the need, recognize the responsibility, and take the initiative to become the solution. We call it Kuleana, and it reminds us that a right is a responsibility, and an obligation is a privilege.
When we neglect our Kuleana—when we covet our rights and property while ignoring our responsibilities and concerns—bad things happen.
Within School Improvement Network, we are striving to build a culture driven by our Kuleana:
School Improvement Network was founded in 1991 to provide K-12 teachers with personalized learning opportunities. Now we have become the first and largest name in on-demand professional learning resources for educators, with nationally and internationally recognized brands such as PD 360, Observation 360, Common Core 360, Learning 360 Framework, and The Video Journal of Education. We’ve done it all with an in-house professional production team that has visited over 3,500 classrooms throughout North America to document research-based best practices.
We are deeply passionate about helping every student, teacher, and administrator be successful. In order to accomplish this goal, we are committed to actively seeking out the most talented people for each of our open positions. We are pleased you are considering joining us and look forward to getting to know you through our application process.
Thank you for your interest in joining School Improvement Network!
