What kind of payments do you take?
We accept Credit Cards such as Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We also accept Purchase Orders and Purchase Cards from all Schools and School Districts.
How do I get in contact with you?
You may call us anytime Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm MST toll free at 1-866-835-4185 or you can e-mail us using our contact page or for technical support for our products or orders use our support page.
I forgot my Teachstream password, what do I do?
Just click on the button with the question mark on it, input your e-mail address.
I sent a request for my password, but have not received it yet, why?
The e-mail address you submitted either does not match what we have on file for your account, or the address we have on file for your account is not a valid e-mail address. Try entering the address again, if you still do not get anything back then contact us through the support page.
I forgot my Teachstream log-in, what do I do?
Usually your login is your full e-mail address, most people use their school e-mail address. If you try it and it still doesn't work then use the support page and tell us your first and last name and we will send your log-in information to you.
I need to register for another course, what do I do?
All you have to do is log in at www.teachstream.com, click on the 'my portfolio' menu option. At the bottom of the page enter in your registration code in the space provided and click on the 'enter code' button. You can then start working on your new course.
How do I register for a course?
You should have received a registration code from your district representative, some one in your district, or your facilitator. If you have not received one yet please contact your representative or have them contact one of our representatives to get you a registration code.
I haven't received credit for my courses yet, why?
Most often the reason is that your facilitator has not yet checked your answers. The time it takes to get your credit can vary depending on the facilitator. If a significant amount of time has passed and you still have not received your credit, please contact your facilitator or your District representative.
Where do I go for technical support?
Just visit our support page. The page can also be accessed by the link at the bottom of every page. Please be sure to include as much detail as possible when you describe your issue. The more information we have, the quicker we can help you solve the issue.
I finished the course, how do I get my Certificate?
Once your course has been marked as complete by your facilitator, you can access your account at www.teachstream.com and log in. From there just click on the 'view complete and incomplete certificates' option, select the certificate that you want to view, and you can print off the certificate.
